Lately, I've been hard at work on my RPG game project, creating an immersive world that I’m really excited about. The Mirsana Kingdom is coming to life, and today I’m focused on modeling its flora and fauna—a critical step in bringing its environment closer to reality. Game development, especially on such a large scale, is a rewarding challenge, but it requires a lot of time and attention.
At the same time, I'm actively looking for a new job. Oddly enough, I'm hoping to land a trash truck driver position. While it may seem unconventional to some, it pays well and allows me the peace of mind to work independently, which is a major plus in my book. I can focus on my thoughts, plan my game, and still bring in a good income.
Another major focus for me has been dealing with the legal side of things. I’ve recently teamed up with a new legal team to help me appeal my military disability claims, which have been denied more times than I care to admit. Despite the frustrations, I’m feeling optimistic that this time I’ll get the outcome I deserve. It’s another challenge, but I'm staying the course.
As for today, Sunday, September 29, 2024, I have a packed schedule. I’ll be updating my resume and digital art portfolio to make sure it shines as I apply for entry-level jobs in the gaming industry. Balancing this with my other work is tough, but I’m confident that I'll push through. Between modeling the Mirsana Kingdom's unique ecosystems and preparing job applications, it’s going to be a busy day. But I’m ready to tackle it all, one step at a time.
Staying optimistic and focused on my goals is key, and while there’s a lot on my plate, I’m determined to make progress on all fronts. Here’s to checking off everything on my list and moving closer to where I want to be!
